How to purchase an NFT on Lazy
Is your Lazy portfolio feeling a little empty? It may be time to spice things up by purchasing some shiny, new NFTs!
Finding an interesting NFT 🔎
Lazy is full of talented artists who have listed their unique pieces of work for sale. You can find some of these cool NFTs by browsing our Explore page. This is where our team curates pieces that we think you’ll find interesting. But that’s just the beginning. By clicking on the menu icon of a specific NFT, you can choose to enter RabbitHole or BizarroWorld to find more visually similar / different NFTs. This is a great way to find unique (and sometimes unknown) NFTs.
Purchasing an NFT 💰
Once you have found an NFT that interests you, all that’s left to do is purchase it. Keep in mind, however, that not all NFTs are for sale. But if you see a button that says Buy for X ETH, you’re in luck!
Click the Buy button on Lazy
Select your wallet provider and sign in.
Click the Continue button to confirm that you would like to purchase the NFT for the listed amount of ETH.
You should now see a transaction confirmation request in your wallet provider. By confirming the transaction, you are requesting to change the ownership of the NFT on the blockchain to your selected wallet address. Keep in mind, in order to write this data to the blockchain you will be required to pay a gas fee.
After a few minutes, your transaction should finish processing and your NFT should be visible on your Lazy portfolio!
Here a few Lazy profiles that caught our attention:
reai_art is making never-before-seen art using an AI algorithm called Generative Adversarial Networks.
clairvoyantart is using Lazy to showcase a collection of breathtaking pieces by a group of various artists.
aaronhaber is putting a unique spin on NFTs by creating original, fiction stories and stand-up comedy sets at the time a token is purchased.
